We are seeking a proactive and competent Secretary to Head of Senior School to provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to the Head of Senior School, ensuring the efficient operation of the Senior School office. The role involves managing communications, scheduling meetings, handling confidential information, liaising with staff, students, and parents, and supporting the smooth delivery of academic and operational priorities across the Senior School.

Proven experience in a senior administrative or secretarial role, preferably within an educational setting.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to interact effectively with students, parents, staff, and visitors.
Collaborative and approachable – able to support team members and adapt to changing priorities.
High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality in handling sensitive school matters.

BISR teachers should possess the following:
Qualifications:
Qualified Teacher status.
Certificate of Education (PGCE or B.Ed).
Relevant training or qualifications for the specific post.
Understanding:
Appreciation of a British school's demands in an international context.
